WaveSurgeon version 1.1 is a looping and slicing tool for wave files which 
allows you to speed up and slow down breakbeats (or riffs, or any music) in a
sequencer WITHOUT changing the pitch (or vice-versa). Save the samples off to
wave files (or - new in v1.1 - SoundFont 2.0 files), and save a midi file of
the sample`s groove.
