The MIDInight Express II is a * free* real time, emulated 
wavetable MIDI jukebox and renderer. It runs with any 16 bit 
Windows sound card capable of playing 22050 Hz digital audio. 
It can also copy its output to a WAV file for fast MID to WAV
rendering.

Version 2.1 adds handling of association with MID and WAV 
files and of MIDs/WAVs as command line (Start | Run) 
parameters; there are also minor bug fixes.
