Setting up WinStar on your system :

Place the following files in your WINDOWS directory
SS3D.VBX
SS3D2.VBX
SS3D3.VBX

Place the following files into any directory
WINSTAR.EXE
WINSTAR.HLP
???199?.MS    (First three characters determine the issue month)
???199?.IDX   (Last character determines the issue year)

Note : WINSTAR.EXE and WINSTAR.HLP *must* be in 
       the same directory.

       ???199?.MS and ???199?.IDX *must*  be in
       the same directory.

WinStar is written in Microsoft Visual Basic.
WinStar will only run in Standard or Enhanced mode.

You will need the Visual Basic runtime VBRUN100.DLL
on your system before attempting to run Winstar.
