This is version 1 of WinStar.  It is the Windows(tm) viewer
program for Morning Star magazine in the Windows(tm) environment.
This particular version was included with the Morning Star 
distribution files up to and including "wstar011.zip".

Don't try to run this version of WinStar at the same time as Winstar version 2.
These applications were written in a language called "Visual Basic".  Visual Basic does
harmless but strange things when the above-mentioned trick is attempted.

Please use Winstar version 1 to read the very old Morning star files. (003 through 011 or more)
Winstar version 2 may read the older data files successfully, but there are a few articles 
which will appear to be chopped in half or simply be a few words short of the length 
of the actual article.
